REQUEST FORMS

Request for Parts

  This form is for requesting parts for laptops, desktops, servers, networks, cables, hard to find parts, etc.  Request Parts Form.  After the request is made, we will contact you by email and/or phone to acknowledge the request and we will stay in contact with you to let you know when we have found the part and give you a price quote. From there, you can decide to buy the part from us.

Request for Service

  This form is for requesting service for hardware or software installs, troubleshooting, deployment, break-fix, etc. Service Request Form.  After the request is made, we will contact you by email and call you to acknowledge the request.  Please see our Services web page for more details.
